Cohabitation Woman

A lady called the agency asking for our suggestions. She told us that she had left her husband, youngsters along with the family residence because of his continuous philandering. She was quite distraught by the circumstance. She didn't desire to leave the youngsters but she could not afford to take them with her ahead of she divorced her husband. He was not violent but he was really abusive and shouted at her a great deal. The couple had been separated for about four months and in that time our client had found out that he had moved another woman in.

Our client was fairly worried about her case because she was the 1 that left. Her solicitor had reassured her that she would get the children and he would need to pay upkeep to her and the young children as soon as the divorce had gone via. Our client had heard other stories that contradicted the solicitor’s story. We had a discussion with her and suggested that it would be an excellent idea to put covert cameras outside the home so we could monitor the movements of the other woman to see if she was living in the loved ones house.

We left the cameras outside the residence for 2 weeks. We had plenty of evidence that the other woman was living there. She parked her auto on the drive and utilized a key to get in. She was there on her own for many of the time. Our client took this evidence to her solicitor who told her she had enough to prove adultery. Our client then got herself moved back into the loved ones house with all the young children and her husband began to pay upkeep. It turned out that her husband had only been seeing this 1 woman and he wanted to live with her.
