Chester
In the reign of Emperor Vespasian with the Deva Victrix name in 79 AD, Chester was founded as a "castrum" or Roman fort. Chester Town Hall and Grosvenor Museum are examples of Industrial Revolution Victorian buildings as it brought new roads, canals, and railways to the city, which saw expansion and development.
